Summary: Absolutely lovely people! Clean as a whistle. Spacious room and lots of homemade morning treeats. The property is being renovated out doors but it was handled in a way that we cannot wait to go back!

Summary: We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Summary: If there were a 10 star rating I would give it. Our stay was perfect. Cozy room, comfortable bed, a sweet breakfast with home baked breads. The property is immaculate. The wrap around porch was a special bonus. We sat outside each evening sipping wine and playing games. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. It is walking distance to Cliff Walk. Convenient to everything. Marie and Shelly thought of everything a guest would need and provided it. Thank you so much for a perfect stay. We will be back.

Summary: One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The house was fantastic, the room was immaculate and charming, the brand new porch area was very inviting.We were only there for one night, but would have definitely liked to stay longer. The owners really took care of making sure that the room had everything we could have imagined needing! Being able to bring our dog and have her feel comfortable in the room was fantastic! The house was in walking distance to downtown and the Cliff Walk. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone looking for a stay in Newport!

Summary: Spent two nights for my birthday. Could not ask for more. Beautiful aesthetic, immaculate and comfortable. Loved our time and definitely plan on visiting this gem again in the Spring.
